The oil must be stored in a dark place with constant ambient temperature 15o-20o C.

The closed glass bottles or small stainless steel tanks help the oil to be preserved better. Any package that is not suitable for foodstuff must be avoided.

For those who purchase larger quantities of oil it is advisable to use stainless steel open type tank with conical bottom together with pneumatic bladders which seal the oil from oxygen and significantly retard the oxidation of the oil by keeping unaltered its characteristics throughout its lifetime.

 The bag in box packaging (disposable) is also suitable

for quantities of 5 to 20 lt, as they meet all the proper storage standards for olive oil with very economical and functional way.
